Hi, my name is Alina Vladimirova and I am a Raw Food & Lifestyle Coach. My biggest passion in life is helping people go from being sick, tired, unhappy, and losing hope to healthy, vibrant, joyful, and full of energy and life.

Over the years, I have been exposed to many healing modalities philosophies, and practices, and I’ve gained extensive knowledge in areas of holistic nutrition, spirituality, and life mastery. Now I bring all this knowledge together in one powerful blend to help you get started on an exciting journey of discovery of your brand new magnificent self.

Several years ago I discovered the raw and living foods diet and my life has never been the same. The raw and living foods diet is a vegan diet that is based on the principle of eating raw, unprocessed, unheated, fresh, enzymatically rich fruits, vegetables, leafy green vegetables, herbs and wild greens, nuts, seeds, sprouted legumes and grains sprouts, indoor greens, edible flowers, mushrooms, sea vegetables, algaes, and superfoods.

When you start bringing more raw and living foods into your diet, you experience many changes, both in your physical body and your mental and emotional states, such as:

Losing weight and keeping it for good
