Delivery
of PPM
Your
PPM is delivered 5-7 business days
via email after the receipt of the
required information and the payment
processing of your order. No software
or hard copies are provided. Most
digital products are now delivered
in this way as it ensures that costs
are greatly reduced and these savings
can be passed onto the customer.
Refund
Policy
It is
the goal of PPMPro to provide a timely
and relevant PPM provided on digital
medium. Due to the nature of the medium,
purchase of digital products are not
refundable. You agree not to recall
you credit card payment for any reason
after your order has been placed.
Typographical
Errors and Omissions
The information
provided on the PPM is checked for
accuracy; however, in the event the
error is a part of your submitted
information, the client shall hold
PPMPro harmless in this event.
Order
Acceptance Policy
PPMPro
reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or
decline your order for any reason.
All orders are subject to approval,
confirmation, and availability. Should
we refuse an order you shall receive
a full refund.
Single
Use
A single,
one-time use of our PPM is authorized.
Intellectual
Property
PPMPro
owns the information for the preparation
of the PPM. This information may not
be utilized by any other party for
which it was not intended and the
client shall not reuse, resell or
reproduce this template outside of
the confines of this contract. All
PPMs are for a single use only.
Hold Harmless
Agreement
The Company
indemnifies PPMPro and their employees
against any and all liabilities for
this venture. The Company agrees and
acknowledges that no guarantee of
successful funding is expressed or
implied. PPMPro provides management
consulting services and does not solicit
or act as an investment advisor or
give any financial or legal advice.
The Company indemnified PPMPro and
their employees with regards to any
securities liabilities whatsoever.
The client acknowledges that no guarantee
of funding is expressed nor implied.
Confidentiality/Non
Compete
The Company
agrees to maintain the confidentiality
of all information, templates, securities
regulations, etc. which PPMPro deems
to be proprietary and the Company
agrees not to utilize or cause to
be utilized any material which belongs
to PPMPro in a competitive nature.
Applicable
State Venue
The state
of Florida, County of St. Johns is
the resident venue for any legal transaction
conducted under this contract.
