The SEC estimates that it
takes an experienced
professional 148 hours (Form
SB-2) to cover all of the points
required in an offering
prospectus and 16 hours to
prepare the registration
document (Form D).

Most business owners prefer
to invest their time and energy
in the formation and operation
of their own business
enterprise rather than spend
nearly an entire month dealing
with securities offering issues.

How does it work?

Step 1. Submittal of your business information.
Each entrepreneur completes a point-by-point business informational data which enables us to complete your customized PPM. This data insures that all the necessary information is provided to potential investors.

Step 2. PPMPro prepares your PPM.
The development of your custom PPM must meet the rigid requirements of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Step 3. You approve or revise the PPM.
Very few revisions are actually accomplished at this time on the text provided by PPMPro. This review stage is for the client to review the data submitted to PPMPro and to update it accordingly.

Step 4. Your PPM is emailed to potential ‘angel’ investors - at no charge for our PPMPro clients.
PPMPro maintains links to various angel capital groups and individual accredited investors.

Step 5. Investors contact the entrepreneur directly.
Each PPM contains contact information for the entrepreneur. Investors contact the entrepreneur directly if they are interested in a particular venture. (Note: Investor Member information is strictly confidential and is not divulged to any entrepreneur directly by PPMPro.)

Step 6. The entrepreneurs and investors meet.
Once an investor contacts an entrepreneur, the two can discuss the venture and arrange to meet face-to-face. The entrepreneur can then decide whether to provide a complete business plan and extend an offering of securities. Entrepreneurs and investors are both strongly encouraged to seek professional advice from legal and tax advisors throughout the due diligence process.
